Synopsis

By the fireside, John narrates the story of his abandonned funfair and his former protégé, Edward. Then, the latter was playing a remarkably gruesome show: the "Winged Heart". But Edward left John and his troupe to find refuge in Sintel's arms. Despite it all, this companion cannot erase from the former illusionist's head this strange and morbid nostalgia that haunts him, and will end up taking shape of a human being, threatening his young spouse's life...
